Stem Submission Guidelines

• Format: WAV files only — 24-bit minimum, 32-bit float preferred. No MP3 stems accepted.
• Sample Rate: 44.1kHz or 48kHz. Specify rate in file name or session notes.
• Zero-Point Exports: All stems must start at bar 1, beat 1 — zero offset. This ensures proper alignment in Logic Pro.
• Dry Files: Submit dry, unprocessed stems for professional mixing. No reverb, no compression, no limiting on individual tracks unless it's part of the sound design.
• File Naming: Name files clearly — e.g. TrackName_KICK_DRY.wav, TrackName_VOX_LEAD.wav
• Delivery: Package all stems in a single ZIP or folder. Use a cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) in the music link field above.
• BPM & Key: Include BPM and musical key in your message. This is non-negotiable for accurate mix alignment.
